Herbert Smith Freehills is to represent Google and its parent company Alphabet Inc. in a £13.6 billion class action.
The claim, filed on Wednesday at the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT), centres on alleged anti-competitive practices from Google, which are already the subject of investigations in the E.U., U.K. and U.S.
