A lawyer’s pathway to partnership consists of four distinct emotional stages, according to a recent study by the University of Bath.
The study included 50 interviews with 31 lawyers on the partner track, as well as seven human resource professionals, of which a total of 15 interviewees identified as female. They were based in firms in London and the South West of fewer than 50 to more than 500 partners.
